Return & Refund Policy
At Heart & Petal, we are committed to your complete satisfaction. We understand that fresh flowers and gifts are special purchases, and we stand behind the quality of every product we deliver.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at contact@heartandpetal.com or call our customer service team. We will make it right with a replacement or full refund.
Eligible Returns & Refunds
- Quality Issues: If your flowers arrive damaged, wilted, or not as described, we will provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
- Delivery Issues: If your order was not delivered on the scheduled date or to the correct address (due to our error), we will refund delivery charges and offer a replacement or refund.
- Wrong Item: If you received the wrong product, we will arrange for a replacement or full refund immediately.
- Non-Delivery: If the recipient did not receive the order and we cannot provide proof of delivery, a full refund will be issued.
Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after approval.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Orders cancelled after they have been dispatched for delivery (cancellation fees may apply).
- Delivery delays caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer.
- Recipient unavailable to accept delivery (we will attempt re-delivery at no additional charge).
- Natural variations in flower appearance - all flowers are natural products and may vary slightly from photos.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date. To cancel, please contact us immediately at contact@heartandpetal.com. Cancellations made within 24 hours of delivery may be subject to a cancellation fee depending on preparation status.

- Express Delivery (1-2 business days): FREE - For faster delivery
- Valentine's Day Guaranteed Delivery: FREE - Guaranteed arrival on February 14th for orders placed by February 12th

We deliver to all 50 states across the USA, including Alaska and Hawaii. Delivery times may vary for remote locations.
Delivery Process
- Orders are hand-crafted by our expert florists and prepared fresh for delivery.
- You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase.
- A tracking notification will be sent when your order is out for delivery.
- Signature may be required for high-value orders.
- If the recipient is unavailable, we will leave the package in a safe location or attempt re-delivery.
